Membership in the Post is available to young men and women who are 14 (and have completed the eighth grade) through 20 years old.

The Post seeks participation from adults and youth without regard to color, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, ethnic background, ancestry, national origin, economic status, citizenship, age, disability, marital status, domestic partner status, or medical condition.
